Complete the online Referral Form on this page and it will be sent electronically to the office.
How do I book an appointment?
You may either call the office directly (506-635-4900) or fill out the patient Referral Form and the patient will be contacted to book an appointment.
How do I know if you have seen my patient?
After every new patient examination/consultation, a letter will be sent to your office notifying you of the clinical status of the patient.
I have a patient that needs to be seen urgently. What do I do?
Please either call the office or email us to advise us of the situation and we will do our best to accommodate your patient.
What happens to any dental records that I send to your office?
Any records such as radiographic films, casts, photos, etc. will be returned to your office at the completion of treatment. Should you require any forwarded records to be returned earlier please let us know.
